Yes we love to blame somebody else for all our woes.
We are suffering from "the poor little girl" syndrome. Always the fault is with somebody else we are very good, so sweet so cute, we are only a little corrupt and kill only in housands and not millions but we are good and somebody else is bad like America, Israel etc. zindabad killers.
