Apply law equally...When no body can drive a taxi or open a shop or buy land in NWFP, then why do they drive and buy all over Pakistan?
You open up, we open up. When the Punjab Govt. wants registeration and so does Sindh Government what is the problem? Why are these people resisting? In the first place there is no need to go to far off places from where they will find difficult to return if nothing for logistical reasons.
If they are going temporarily then they should go to nearby places from where they can go back easily. Not travel to 1,200 miles and unable to return just settle there thus taxing the resources in your host area. Water, electricity, roads and sewage couild be a great problem. Theer is no harm in registering. You won't resist if you are sincere. Accepted it is quite an inconvenience but it is far better than having no help when there are schemes of rehabilitation.
Guests are welcome but not for ever. They have contributed to the problem by not helping the government fight the terrorirsts. They did have a soft corner for them. Look where you are landed now.

We are Pakhtoons we can settle where ever we want in Pakistan or outside. Why not? We slug it out, we fight it out. Our area NWFP does not have development so we have to go out. Our leaders have made sure that the idea is so hopeless that no body comes and settles in our area. But still you know we are a closed society, we cannot afford to have foreigners from Punjab and Sindh to settle in NWFP. We do not tolerate inter-caste marriage. Pahktoon blood cannot and should not be diluted with other black blood. Although we are more in Karachi than in Peshawar, we ensure that no Pathan girl marrys a non-Pathan and vice versa. Any body violating the rules both Pathans and non-Pathans knows how good we are with weapons. We have a problem in our area. Who are these people to tell us to register just to go somewhere? Sorry we are not used to this.
I strongly object to Pathans coming and settling in Baluchistan. When a Baloch or a Punjabi murdered for driving a taxi in Peshawar why should they drive all over Pakistan? They are like Jews monopolise. Only a Pathan should do transport business. Why? Is it written in the Quran? Why can't their be equal chance to all. Who told them not to develop their own areas. Now they go every where and destroy peace. In their own aread they did not stop Taliban. They had a soft corner for them. Now why are they crying. Now they want to leave their homes ans spread their hatred all over Pakistan. They must be stopped from going all over. Register them and confine them to the camps till they go back home.
The IDPs must be helped but why should they settle in Punab from where they will never go back. Keep them where they belong.
